Oldest cow – Guiness World Record Book – Big Bertha 48 y.o.

Jerome O’Leary of Ireland owned the record breaking cow Big Bertha.  Jerome bought the cow in.  Bertha was a Droimenn ( Friesian Holstein) native cow.   Bertha had 39 calves in her lifetime with daughters living to 35 years of age.  Bertha passed over on New Years Ever 1993 aged 48 years & 9 mths
