Bernie Evans 29.06.45 – 02.10.23 passed this month. Simmental breeder for over 32 years. Near 300 Stud cattle registered with Simmental Australia. Many hundreds more on commercial scale. Bernie was a cattleman, in the Fire Brigade, Vietnam Veteran (rifleman), Show President, Poet and fisherman in the Ovens River. A decent and quiet honest man.
